Appointments
Spa services are available on a daily basis. However, we recommend calling as far in advance as possible to ensure that appointment times are available. A credit card or gift certificate number is required for reservations on all Spa Packages.

Cancellation Policy
In order to avoid a 50% service charge for your appointment, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Gift Certificates will be reduced to half value.          No shows will be charged 100% of service scheduled.

Gift Cards
Gift Cards are sold in specific dollar value and expire one year from date of purchase. Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift Cards can be used towards services only.

Cell Phones
As a courtesy to other guests, we ask that cell phones be silenced or turned off.

Gratuities
Our best reward is your personal recommendation of Thee European Spa. Gratuities are left at your discretion.  Gratuities can be added on a credit card or in envelopes supplied at the front desk.

Parking
Complimentary parking is available on the side of the building to all guests.
